What it costs

• Calculated at checkout based on your address.
• Free shipping on orders over $75.

When it ships

Ready-to-ship items — vintage, macramé and art — ship within 2–3 business days.

Made-to-order pieces are cut and sewn after you order. The lead time is stated on each product page. If you send your own measurements, that time runs from the day we receive them rather than from the day you order.

If we are going to miss a stated date, we will email you before it passes with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund. If we cannot give a definite new date, or the new date is more than 30 days later, your order is cancelled and refunded in full unless you tell us to carry on.

Cancelling

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships — or, for made-to-order and customized pieces, any time before cutting or alteration begins. Email divadowndress@gmail.com with your order number.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will get an email with the number as soon as the label is made.

If it arrives damaged

Photograph it and email divadowndress@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. This applies to everything, including final-sale items.

Lost or stolen parcels

Once a parcel is marked delivered by the carrier it is outside our control, but tell us anyway — email divadowndress@gmail.com and we will help you open a claim.
